How it works and what to bear in mind
General
- All orders are sent within 1-4 working days after payment is received.
- Orders in South Africa are sent via The Courier Guy. A tracking number will be given to you once shipped
- Standard postal rates are charged in South Africa.
Larger orders will be calculated according to weight and dimensions. - For international customers – actual shipping cost varies depending on weight and delivery location.
- We will contact you prior to shipping any package that is more expensive than rates quoted at checkout so that you may confirm the price.
Due to the handmade nature of our product, there may be some slight variation in the designs and no two items may be the same.
Payment options:
EFT, Credit Card or Debit Card. Our system will prompt you during check out, please select a payment option. Once payment has cleared in our account, the order is dispatched.
Return Policy
We stand by our products. Exchanges are welcome as long as the item has not been removed from the clear protective packaging. For obvious health reasons, we do not accept items for refunds. Merchandise that appears to be worn or used will not be credited and will not be returned to you. Credit for returns will be paid by EFT once approved. Organic Twist is not liable for any postage fees of purchases and returns.
